Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Your order officially begins processing immediately after the order has been placed. Cancellations, order changes, or corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Please contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.

What is your return policy?

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for physical products, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

My order arrived with something incorrect, missing or damaged

We are so sorry! Although we make every effort to pack each item with care, ocassionally mistakes can occur or packages can be damaged in transit. If your product is defective or damaged during shipment, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the damage so we can make it right.

What is Corjl?

Corjl.com is a FREE online design and editing platform where we create editable templates for you to customize with all of your details. There is no waiting for personalized product proofs. You can begin personalizing your templates on Corjl right away!

How do I access my editable digital template?

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must sign up for a FREE account at Corjl.com to access your template. It may take a few minutes to successfully login due to the order/payment processing, Corjl order setup & email delivery, etc. Thank you for your patience!

After template purchase is complete and your payment has processed, you will receive an email within 24 hours from Corjl at the email address associated with your checkout. The email will contain a direct link that can be used to access your template in Corjl.

You can then edit, save your progress, and download your templates.

Although mobile editing is available, it is highly recommended to access and edit your templates on your computer or laptop, preferably on the Chrome web browser.

  • BASIC editing (like name/date changes) can be done through a web browser on your phone or tablet.
  • FULL OPTIONS editing (like changing font colors, adding text, etc.) must be done on your laptop/computer.

Do I need to download any software or fonts?

No need! Corjl software is FREE to use in your web browser and all included fonts are accessible when editing.

Can I try the template before I buy?

Absolutely! Demo links for editable digital products are available under the Product Details for each listing to test out editing features before you purchase.

What can be edited?

  • Most text can be edited for wording, font, color, size, and placement.
  • Text can be added, duplicated, scaled up and down.
  • Upload your own image - JPG, PNG, and SVG files. The max file size for image uploads is 6MB. Please be sure any images you upload are smaller than that.

What cannot be edited?

  • Overall design theme & color scheme cannot be changed, unless otherwise noted, including most graphics and artwork.
  • The size and orientation of your template cannot be changed. If you need specific sizing requirements please contact us.

Does my template expire and is there a download limit?

Template access will expire 1 year from the date of purchase. All editable template purchases have a download limit of 25.

You can EDIT the template as many times as you need to get your details just right! Be sure to SAVE any changes each time the template is edited and before logging out or downloading. You may resume editing the next time you log in. Please be sure to download only after saving your final revisions and only when you are ready to send/print your files.

If you need an extended time frame or additional downloads, please contact us with the details for us to consider if your request can be accommodated or if an additional purchase is required.

Where can I get my items printed?

· We’ve partnered with Prints of Love, an eco-responsible print shop that ships FREE and plants a tree for every order. Simply visit https://printsoflove.com/ref/shopbossbash to get started! We recommend downloading your file in JPG or PDF format (in Default Design Size) with bleed for this option.

· You can print at home by downloading your file in PDF format with bleed, trim marks & multiples per page selected. White card stock of 100 lb. or higher with a color inkjet printer set to 'Best Quality' is highly recommended. It is also recommended to do test prints before printing in bulk.

· You can also print at your local print shop or office supply store. Check with them on the best format to download for their services.

Due to the nature of Digital (RGB Colors) versus Printing (CMYK Colors), slight color variation may occur based on the calibration of your monitor.

SHIPPING

U.S. Shipping

Shipping times are in addition to production times and will vary based on the service you select at checkout. To help ensure delivery by a specific date needed, we suggest allowing at least 5-10 business days for shipping.

Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 5-10 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 3-7 business days

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot promise or guarantee delivery dates for shipments and are not able to refund original shipping fees paid if the order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free standard shipping on domestic orders of $75 or more. Order must meet minimum after any discounts are applied and before shipping fees to qualify.

When will my order ship?

Each order is hand-packaged with love. Because of this, production times can take up to 4 business days but are typically much faster. Production time does not include shipping time, weekends or holidays.

Items may ship separately. After you place an order, you will receive email notifications for when your order has shipped, is out for delivery, and has been delivered.

I need my order ASAP! Can you rush it?

Rush orders and expedited shipping are available! Please contact us with the items you're interested in and the date needed by and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Where is my package?

Once your package is processed and sent for delivery, an email with tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Items may ship separately. You will receive a tracking number for each package shipped. 

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. If you can't find the email with tracking information, please contact us and we will forward you the information.

If your tracking information indicates that it has been delivered but you have not yet received it, your best next steps are to verify that the shipping address provided during checkout was accurate and then check with neighbors and/or your leasing office to see if someone else may have accidentally received the package. Additionally, please contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) to let them know you have not received your package. If the shipping carrier is unable to assist with locating the package and it still has not arrived within 2-3 business days, please contact us to troubleshoot further. 

PLEASE NOTE: Boss Bash is not liable for lost or stolen packages and is not able to issue refunds when proof of delivery has been provided by the shipping carrier. 

My package is delayed or lost. What should I do?

If the package is delayed or lost, please contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) for more information or to request an investigation. We cannot assume responsibility for delayed and/or lost parcels. If the package has been lost by the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to refund the customer. Additionally, we are not able to issue refunds when proof of delivery is provided.

In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Boss Bash assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
